Microstar’s broadband 4-dipole array operates over the frequency range of 1.8 - 2.2 GHz with 7.2 dB minimum gain and VSWR less than 1.5 to 1. The pattern is omnidirectional in azimuth, with a ripple of less than ± 0.5 dB. The array is covered with a 2 inch diameter fiberglass radome. At the base of the array is a 6 inch by 6 inch by 3 inch box that contains the power divider and has tabs for mounting to a flat surface. The total weight is less than 4 pounds.
Also available are an end-fed 8-element version with a gain of 9.1 dB and a center-fed 8-element version with a gain of 10 dB.
