These horns are equipped with polarization grids which reduce the level of cross-polarization to 70 dB below the principal polarization. Shown are 26-40 GHz and 18-26 GHz versions. Other frequency bands are available.
The grids are manufactured to extremely high tolerance using the EDM process. The conical horns are corrugated to produce a high degree of pattern rotational symmetry.
